Your Havlar® is a theft deterrent device and should be used only as directed. All purchases from Havlar Theft Prevention Solutions Inc are on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Havlar Inc is not responsible for losses or damages due to theft, alteration, wear and tear, improper use, negligence and or personal bodily injury resulting from its products. Havlar Inc disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranty of merchant-ability and fitness for a particular purpose (subject to state-specific restrictions). UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL HAVLAR INC BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. Havlar® IS NOT A TOY AND SHOULD BE USED ONLY AS DIRECTED. KEEP AWAY FROM SMALL CHILDREN.

RETURNS 

We have a rock-solid Return Policy! Havlar® products come with a thirty (30) day warranty free of manufacturer defects and workmanship. Purchaser is responsible for contacting Havlar Customer Service at dgibson@Havlar.com within thirty (30) days from the product shipment date to coordinate a refund or replacement. Product must be in new unused condition in the original packaging with tags on and be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number as provided by Havlar Customer Service and written reason for return. Havlar Inc reserves the right to replace defective product at no charge or issue a credit, less any return shipping charges and restocking fees that may apply.  A standard 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your return to offset free shipping and warehouse handling fees.
